Yang Qingjin
Chairman and Executive Director
As the Chairman and Executive Director of Changtian, Mr Yang is responsible for the business direction and development of our Group. Mr Yang has been in the adhesive tapes business since 1990, and has acquired more than 17 years of experience in the adhesive tapes and chemicals industry.

Chen Yongfu
Deputy Chairman and Executive Director
Together with Mr Yang Qingjin, Mr Chen takes charge of the business planning and corporate development of the Group. Mr Chen has been in the adhesive tapes industry since 1991, and holds 16 years of experience in the adhesive tapes and chemicals industry.

Wong Chit Fu
Executive Director
Mr Wong is in charge of overseeing all matters relating to BOPA film production for our Group. Mr Wong brings to the board a diverse range of experience, which includes lecturing, electrical machinery inspector, as well as working in state-owned companies involved in the trading of BOPP and chemicals. Mr Wong graduated with a degree in engineering from Fuzhou University in 1969.

Yan Yilin
Finance Director and Executive Director
Mr Yan is responsible for overseeing the finance and administration of our Group. Mr Yan started his career with Changtian since 1999, taking on different job responsibilities which includes Head of Finance Department, Assistant to the Chairman, as well as being a member of the supervisory board, which ensures the proper management of the company. Mr Yan graduated from the Xi’an Institute of Statistic in 1999 with a degree in Accounting.

Chan Yin David
Independent Director
Mr Chan is our lead Independent Director, and has 20 years of experience analyzing and carrying out business diligence on Asian companies. Mr Chan has held jobs previously in Overseas Union Bank, Standard Chartered Securities, Nomura Capital Management (Singapore) Ltd., and AGF Asset Management Asia Ltd. He is currently the Managing Partner of Swiss-Asia Financial Services Pte. Ltd. Mr Chan graduated with a Bachelor in Business degree from Simon Fraser University, Canada in 1984, and holds a Master in Business from Simon Fraser University, Canada.

Lee Liang Ping
Independent Director
Mr Lee began his career as a corporate lawyer in Allen & Gledhill, and thereafter moved to various companies which includes Morgan Grenfell (Asia) Limited (now part of Deutsche Bank Group), Kongsberg (Asia) Pte Ltd, DMT Investments Pte Ltd, Amcol Holdings Limited and PT Agis Tbk. Since 2000, Mr Lee has been a corporate consultant providing corporate advisory services to corporations in Asian markets, including China, Indonesia and Singapore. Mr Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the University of Singapore in 1980.
Liao Quanwen
Independent Director
Ms Liao started her career as a lecturer in Xiamen University, School of Economics in 1982. She is currently the Principal of the Research Institute of Human Resource of Xiamen University. Ms Liao sits on various committees in the PRC, which includes China Human Resource Development Research Association, and is also currently an independent director of Fujian Minnan (Zhangzhou) Economic Development Co., Ltd. Ms Liao graduated from Xiamen University in 1968 with a degree in Mathematics, and holds a Master degree in Mathematics from Xiamen University.
