Mr Yang Qingjin
Chairman and Executive Director

Mr Yang Qingjin was appointed as our Chairman and Executive Director on 24 April 2007 and is responsible for the business direction and development of our Group. Mr Yang has been in the adhesive tapes business since 1990, and has acquired more than 20 years of experience in the adhesive tapes and chemicals industry.

Mr Chen Yongfu
Deputy Chairman and Executive Director

Mr Chen was appointed as our Deputy Chairman and Executive Director on 24 April 2007 and re-elected to the Board on 29 April 2008. Together with Mr Yang Qingjin, Mr Chen takes charge of the business planning and corporate development of the Group. Mr Chen has been in the adhesive tapes industry since 1991, and holds about 20 years of experience in the adhesive tapes and chemicals industry.

Mr Yang Junqing
Executive Director

Mr Yang was appointed as our Executive Director on 14 May 2009. He is responsible for the procurement of raw materials for our Group. Mr Yang started his career in 1996 at Xiamen Xin Guan Trading Co., Ltd. ("Xiamen Xin Guan"), a company engaged in the manufacture and sale of adhesive tapes, as its Trading Department Manager till 2001. In July 2001, he joined Xiamen Changtian Plastic & Chemical Co., Ltd. ("Xiamen Changtian") and was responsible for overseeing Xiamen Changtian's purchasing operations. Mr Yang graduated from Fujian Economics School in Financial Accounting in 1996.

Mr Yan Yilin
Finance Director and Executive Director

Mr Yan was appointed as our Finance Director and Executive Director on 24 September 2007 and re-elected to the Board on 29 April 2008. He is responsible for overseeing the finance and administration of our Group. Mr Yan started his career with Xiamen Xin Guan since 1999, taking on different job responsibilities which include Head of Finance Department, Assistant to the Chairman, as well as being a member of the supervisory board, which ensures the proper management of the company. Mr Yan graduated from the Xi'an Institute of Statistic in 1999 with a degree in Accounting.

Mr Chan Yin David
Independent Director

Mr Chan was appointed as our Independent Director on 24 September 2007. He is our Lead Independent Director, and has more than 20 years of experience analysing and carrying out business diligence on Asian companies. Mr Chan has held positions previously in Overseas Union Bank, Standard Chartered Securities and Nomura Capital Management (Singapore) Ltd. He was the managing director of AGF Asset Management Asia Ltd from 1996 to 2005 and the managing partner of an investment advisory company, Swiss-Asia Financial Services Pte. Ltd. from 2005 to 2009. He is currently an Executive Director of Ace Asset Holding Corporation and Centurion Investment Management Pte Ltd. Mr Chan graduated with a Bachelor in Business degree from Simon Fraser University, Canada in 1984, and holds a Master in Business from Simon Fraser University, Canada.

Mr Chan is also an Independent Director of Synear Food Holdings Limited and an Independent Director of Li Heng Chemical FIbre Technologies Limited, both of which are companies listed on the SGX Mainboard.

Mr Tan Siok Sing
Independent Director

Mr Tan was appointed as our Independent Director on 29 April 2008. He is currently an executive director of Ironman Minerals & Ores Pte Ltd, an energy resources and minerals trading company and Shong Shing Pte Ltd. Prior to his current appointment in November 2005, he was the Executive Director of Ei-Nets Ltd for two years, an information technologies company listed on the SGX Mainboard. Mr Tan has more than 18 years experience in the financial industry as the Executive Director in Millennium Securities Pte Ltd. He graduated from The University of Tennessee with a Masters in Business Administration in 1984.

Mr Tan is also an Independent Director of four other SGX Mainboard listed companies, namely CentraLand Limited, Trump Dragon Distillers Holdings Limited, Li Heng Chemical Fibre Technologies Limited and Qingmei Group Holdings Limited.

Ms Liao Quanwen
Independent Director

Ms Liao was appointed as our Independent Director on 24 September 2007. She started her career as a lecturer in Xiamen University, School of Economics in 1982. She is currently the Principal of the Research Institute of Human Resource of Xiamen University. Ms Liao sits on various committees in the PRC, such as the China Human Resource Development Research Association. Ms Liao graduated from Xiamen University in 1968 with a degree in Mathematics, and holds a Master degree in Mathematics from Xiamen University.
