Based in Xiamen, Fujian Province, the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”), Changtian began operations as a manufacturer of adhesive tapes before expanding into the production of release papers, biaxially-oriented polyamide (“BOPA”) film and 2-Acrylamido 2-Methyl propane sulfonic acid (“2-A2MPS”).

Today, Changtian is one of the leading manufacturers of chemical-based products, serving a wide variety of sectors including packaging, water treatment and oil & gas production. Th e Group is amongst a select few manufacturers in the PRC, with the capability to produce 2-A2MPS, a raw material used in the manufacturing of water-soluble polymers that is crucial in specific industrial processes.
